    Privacy policy

    Ballarat Myotherapy Clinic is committed to protecting the privacy of every client. We collect personal and health information from you only when it is necessary to provide safe, effective treatment and to manage your appointments.

    Your information is stored securely within our practice management system. It is only accessed by clinic staff involved in your care and administration. We will not share your health information with any third party without your consent, unless required by law.

    You are entitled to access and correct your health record at any time. If you have questions about how your information is handled, please contact the clinic.

    Cancellation and non attendance policy

    Appointments are in high demand, and we hold your time exclusively for you. Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, and appointments missed without notice, may attract a fee. Private health fund benefits and WorkSafe rebates do not apply to cancellation or non attendance fees.

    We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Extenuating circumstances are always considered on a case by case basis. Please just let us know as early as you can.
